Sparkling Spaces

The Sparkling Spaces project is the perfect way to combat and prevent city centres from becoming ghost towns. The project is headed by DOGA and carried out in collaboration with the municipalities of Arendal, Lærdal and Tromsø, a professional reference group, real-time researchers from NIBR (Norwegian Institute for Urban and Regional Research) and a network of municipalities and organisations engaged in city centre development.
