In recent years, the Norwegian contributions to Milan Design Week have been a major international success and helped put Norwegian design and arts & crafts squarely on the map. We are now inviting designers to participate in a joint effort with manufacturers and arts & crafts specialists during the exhibition in April 2018. The application deadline is 6 October 2017.

DOGA administers the Ministry of Foreign Affairs grant programme for architecture and design. Grants for travel and transportation expenses are awarded to professional architects and designers who will be exhibiting their work or holding a lecture at major international events.

Everything is Connected – Norwegian contemporary crafts and design

Together with Innovation Norway and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, DOGA has prepared a report that investigates how other countries perceive Norway and Norwegian business and industry. The results show that DOGA’s efforts to strengthen the fields of design and architecture in Norway and internationally are both appropriate and effective.
